UK Standard: Cost Â£3.99 for items under 30kg. Â£19.99 for items over 30kg. Due to the size and weight, cost of shipping the Tuf Wear Mammoth Punchbag is Â£79.99 Delivered in 2/3 working days for all orders placed before 3pm (working days being Monday to Friday)

UK Nominated Next Working Day:(Not available for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland) Cost Â£6.99 for items under 30kg. Â£49.99 for items over 30kg. Orders received daily before 3pm Monday to Friday delivered the next working day (working days being Monday to Friday)

Weekend Delivery: (Not available for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland) Cost Â£7.99 for items under 30kg. Nominated delivery on a Saturday or Sunday is available on orders placed by 3.00 pm on Friday. (Orders placed after 3.00 pm on Friday will be delivered on the subsequent weekend.).
