We accept exchanges within 30 days.

Items returned for exchange must be new, unused and in their original condition unless the item is being returned because it is defective, damaged or incorrect.

How to Return an Item

Returns must be made by post.

For unwanted or non-defective returns, customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage. Tufwear Direct does not provide a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a suitable tracked or recorded postal service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Please package returned products securely and include sufficient information for us to identify your order.

Return Shipping Costs

For unwanted or non-defective products, the customer is responsible for the cost of return postage.

There are no restocking fees.
